Does Premium bump my listings?
No. It upgrades your account tools. Promotion tiers, bumps and Stories remain separate products.
Can I remove a low rating?
Premium cannot change someone else's score. You can reply, ask the author or temporarily hide text with a public label. The score counts even while text is hidden.
What happens when Premium ends?
Listings remain published under the site's existing settings. Your settings and content are retained, while Premium styling stops. Purchased album access keeps its stated duration.
Do automatic translation and SMS work immediately?
Automatic translation requires a configured provider and your consent. Opted-in contacts can receive in-app review invitations. SMS/WhatsApp copy is prepared for manual sending; external delivery is never simulated.
Can I change the look without changing promotion?
Yes. The studio styles the listing’s detail page. It does not buy boosts, search placement or identity verification.
Which photos and videos can I attach?
Approved locally stored media from your published listings. Sending checks the conversation’s listing; private albums cannot be attached.
What happens to a request sent to a review author?
The author receives a separate request and decides what to do. They do not need Premium to respond.
Will my settings disappear when Premium ends?
No. Saved data remains. Paid tools become unavailable, but selected privacy protections and blocks are not automatically removed.
