Trust and safety

Check the details and available evidence on the individual listing. Publication in the catalog does not by itself mean that identity and every item have been independently verified.

• Look for separate email, phone, photo and document marks where available, and the date of the owner’s last confirmation. These are different checks, not a single guarantee.
• Read published reviews and replies, considering their content and dates. Promotion and a high rating are not identity verification.
• Confirm prices, terms, location and availability directly before proceeding. Available now and Online labels do not promise an immediate reply.
• Protect personal information: do not share passwords, PINs, one-time login codes or unnecessary document details. Support does not ask you to pass login codes to another person.
• Be cautious about advance-payment demands and urgent transfers through external links. Check terms and the recipient first; FayVay badges do not guarantee that an arrangement will be fulfilled.
• Report suspicious listings, inaccurate details or someone else’s photos using the listing’s report button or the form below. Include the link and reason; the report is submitted for review and does not delete data automatically.
