A page will not load or the app needs updating
Distinguish connectivity errors from empty results, keep your draft and retry loading or update the app.
Where to find it
- Affected page or update prompt
In this guide
Start with the message on screen. Empty search results, access restrictions and loading errors need different actions. Live data and form submission require an internet connection even when an earlier app screen remains visible. Public search does not need a login; messages, settings and account support do. Review unsent content before closing a page.
Before reloading
- Copy important unsent text somewhere private; voice drafts and selected files may not survive a reload.
- Let a submission, upload or call finish and check whether an action already succeeded.
- Note the page, time and exact error after removing coordinates, tokens and private information.
Check in this order
Check connectivity
If Offline is displayed, restore connectivity. Check whether another public page opens, and try another available connection when appropriate. A previously visible screen does not establish that new messages or forms were submitted.
Use Retry
For a particular list or conversation, use its Retry control and wait for one attempt to finish. On the app’s full-screen recovery page, Retry reloads the tab, so review drafts before using it.
Check the account and destination
If a private area asks you to sign in, use the intended account. Compare an old bookmark with the site’s current navigation. A listing can have been unpublished; reloading does not make it public again.
Reload after keeping your work
Once submissions finish and useful text is kept, perform a normal reload. If the issue persists, open the page directly in a current full browser. An embedded messenger browser can differ in permissions and supported features.
Apply an offered app update
When A FayVay update is ready appears, select Update, read the confirmation and keep your form content. Then choose Everything saved — update. The current tab reloads; other tabs do not reload automatically. Later lets you defer the update.
Identify the symptom
| Empty results | The list loaded but has no matches. Remove conditions or broaden the location. Repeatedly reloading identical conditions does not create matching listings. |
|---|---|
| Loading error | The page could not retrieve data. Check the connection and use an available retry action. Keep the error details if the failure repeats. |
| Access unavailable | Check login, the intended account and the action’s state. Public listings and private conversations have different access requirements. Reloading does not override a restriction. |
Example: search shows zero
You select a city, video and several uncommon services, then get no results. Remove video and one service before searching again. If Listings could not be loaded appears instead, check connectivity and use Retry. This distinguishes restrictive conditions from a failed request without repeatedly performing the same unsuccessful action.
What to send support
Include the device, browser version, destination, time, steps and exact error. Crop screenshots to exclude messages, email addresses, phone numbers, coordinates and payment information. Never send passwords, PINs, verification codes or a full link containing a secret parameter. Avoid starting by clearing all browser data, which can remove local preferences and require another login.
Further checks
Reloading did not help?
Check whether one page or the whole site fails and include that distinction in your support request. Verify the outcome before repeating a confirmed action. If the problem persists, send one support request with the gathered details.
Only media upload fails?
Check Photo rules and media management in your listings: accepted formats, current requirements and processing state matter. Microphone, camera and calling issues have a separate permission-check workflow.
