Reviews, ratings and phone reviews
Submit a review, edit your text and interpret ratings carefully.

Reviews provide context about previous experiences, but do not guarantee a listing’s authenticity or a safe meeting. Listing reviews, listing ratings and phone-review search are related but have different pages and rules. The dashboard Reviews section shows reviews you received and reviews you left.
Before writing
- Open the intended listing and check the author, location and context. Describe your own experience, separate observations from assumptions and avoid publishing someone else’s documents, passwords, home address or private conversation without a basis.
- Use your account to keep the review in your personal history. Read the form’s rules acknowledgement before submitting. Payment or a good rating does not exempt a review from content review.
Submit a listing review
Open the review form
Choose the review action on the listing. Select an overall rating and write a useful text that meets the form’s requirements. The overall rating and text are the saved core of the review; do not treat optional category controls as separate confirmed statistics.
Review and submit
Confirm the correct listing, keep secrets out of the text and accept the rules. Submit and wait for the result. Pending review means the review is not public yet; sending duplicates does not accelerate the decision.
Find your review in the dashboard
Open Reviews → Left in the dashboard. You can edit an eligible review you own or delete it after confirmation. Saving a changed text or rating sends the review to moderation again and can temporarily change the public rating. Moderation-hidden reviews cannot be edited.
Distinguish the information types
| Listing rating | Is calculated from published reviews. An average alone, without count, dates and text, does not describe the full experience. |
|---|---|
| Received reviews | Concern your listings. The dashboard lets you delete reviews you left, rather than remove other people’s criticism at will. |
| Phone reviews | Are searched under Phone reviews. Check the international number, related listings and source: a listing review can refer to the phone associated with it at submission time. |
Search and review a phone number
Open Phone reviews, choose a calling code, enter the number and search. Use available filters and check the result’s masked number. To submit a new phone review, sign in, provide the rating and text, and optionally a related listing and evidence through the dedicated field. Read the form’s evidence requirements and handling guidance; do not paste a sensitive file into public text. A lack of reviews does not prove that a number is trustworthy.
A useful description instead of an accusation
Instead of writing everything is a scam, describe a checkable situation: when you communicated, which public claim differed from the outcome and what you tried to clarify. Exclude passport numbers, passwords and full private addresses. Separately report rule violations with a link to the listing or specific material.
Errors and reporting
The review is not public
Check the review’s status and submission result. Publication depends on review, with no deadline promised here. Editing sends it back through moderation.
I want to reply or report from the dashboard
Do not treat a local message from dashboard reply, helpful or report controls as a saved request. Use Support for a question and the reporting page with a URL and context for a violation. This guide does not promise that replies to received reviews are saved.
I cannot edit my own review
Make sure you are signed in as the author and viewing reviews you left. Hidden reviews have an editing restriction. For another error, keep its text and the review identifier for Support, excluding secrets.
